  Testimonials Having a 52 year history steeped with tradition, Bethlehem Gallery Of Floors moved its store from the Historic Downtown area of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1995 into its present location 5 blocks west, occupying a corner block on a very busy thoroughfare. Months of planning went into this move in a market arena recently destabilized by the entry of many of the "Big Box" stores and the "DIY" marketing mentality. In order to survive we had to further separate "us" from "them". Feeling the threat from the stores of this type, many in our local market closed or downsized to cut overhead. Our objective at the new location was to… Create a shopping environment that upon entering, would entice the consumer to venture further into the store, a store correct in every detail and designed to avoid visual distractions, with departments that allowed one to move about unencumbered by sample binders and poorly arranged displays. In doing so a customer feels not only comfortable and at ease but also quite confident in our selection of product mix, further removing us from the mix in the "Big Box" stores.
